Ward experts
One to three real, licensed people per ward, named and answering questions about land prices in their own ward.
What a seat gives you
- Every Zalo button of the ward, on all six VNLands sites, routes to you.
- Your profile shows your name, licence number, employer and introduction on the ward page.
- Enter street and area prices for your ward; they publish instantly under your name.
- Submit ward price analysis to the READ section, published after editorial review.
- Get alerts when someone checks a price, asks for an estimate or wants to buy in your ward.
Requirements
- A valid real estate broker practising certificate. Give the exact number so we can verify it.
- Currently practising within a real estate services company, as the Law on Real Estate Business requires. Name your employer.
- You live or work regularly in the ward; the prices you enter must be ones you know first-hand.
- Up to 3 seats per ward. Applications are reviewed before they go live.
Seat fee
Seats are billed monthly. A seat is active only once the application is approved.
Ward expert seat
Be the named expert of one ward across all six VNLands sites. Three seats per ward at most.
- Every Zalo button of the ward routes to you
- Profile with licence number and company
- Enter street prices and publish analysis under your name
- Alerts when someone asks about prices in your ward
